I've used the sprint air card a year now. It's slow, and getting slower by the minute- but frankly I'm stuck with few alternatives and a 2 year agreement. NOW they have doubled my rate by charging me "roaming" charges. "Roaming" with my air card that is stuck in my computer, in my house, and has never EVER left the location. After a 1.5 hour useless phone call where I was passed from agent to agent to agent I am left with no resolve. A $33.76 charge for roaming- which must be paying for really poor service, lack of customer service, etc. I don't know what to do. Frustrated and angry. read full review »
