I am a contractor in California that installed many package units from Lennox Industries on homes in my area over the last seven years. Almost everyone of them have developed freon leaks in the evaporator coils after a couple of years. Lennox will warranty the coil but not the labor or Freon. This has required that the customer pay out of pocket for labor and Freon which costs several hundreds of dollars each time. Lennox should step up and pay for their mistakes and poor product. read full review »
