I recently brought my 2010 Mercury Mariner to Torrington Ford because my air bag light had come on. My car has never been in an accident so this should have been an easy fix or reset. In having to bring my car in 2 separate times I was given nothing but smoke and mirrors by the service department. They were unable to give me a solid answer as to why they could not fix this light due to what seems to be a faulty module.
