Amerisave is a complete Fraud. They charged me for my credit check and appraisal. Kept asking for ridiculous amount of documentation. I provided with with over a 100 files and spent days gathering all the documentation required. They kept lying that some of the documents are blank, but could not send me the blank document back or tell me which one it is. I e-mailed and called them several times a week to check for status, no reply whatsoever.
