I purchased a Wasauna Steam shower unit for $4500. It has never worked correctly. I have had to replace multiple faulty display units and the entire electronic controller. The company only warrantees parts, so they WILL NOT send a qualified service technition/plumber to fix the unit. Its like the engine on your car breaking after you drive it away from the showroom and instead of fixing it, they send you some new engine valves and say, "do it yourself!"
