My order no 7153316 was placed on the 10th Jan 2011. According to FragranceX it left them on the 11th Jan 2011 and here we are on the 27th April 2011 and after several emails and two telephone calls where I have had to get up during the night to get the hours right to make contact with a person I still have no goods and they will not refund my money after several requests.
