Unbelievable incompetance and lack of basic human descency. In Setpember of last year I made a payment over the phone. I have had this account for several years, never late. I had changed my bank account the payment would come out of. I gave the Wells Fargo employee the new account info but he submitted the payment through my closed account. It was of course returned.
