Hi I was with Vodafone for almost 6 years and when number portability came to existance in INdia, I decided to try the tata docomo service. I was having ISD facility with Vodafone account(without any deposit) and when I was porting my number to Tata Docomo, the only condition I gave them is, I want an ISD connection without any deposit. The executives from Tata Docomo office(Not any agents) promised me that it will be done without any deposit.
