I wanted to buy and have installed sheet vinyl from this store. I was required to pay $50.00 in advance to make an appointment with on of Lowes contract installers. I was told he would call to make the appointment the next day, or two days at the latest. He called three and one half days later. When he was at my home, I asked him to make the bid for the two bathrooms separately, so I could decide if I could afford both rooms. He indicated that he could do that.
