I was asked to renew my norton anti virus supscription so I followed the on-line instruction that came with my sony laptop, I ordered the 59.99 protection from norton anti virus, it worked for three monthes than stopped working and said I need to renew again. I was charged on 9-17-08 which stated it was a year renewal. I am calling my cc company and asking for an investigation and a chargeback. Looks like this place has scammed all sorts of people. read full review »
