I purchased a wall unit from Bob's in FEBRUARY...I was told 2 weeks to delivery - 2 weeks turned into 2 MONTHS...yes, I said 2 MONTHS...AND...when it was finally delivered in APRIL, it was broken and had to be returned and rescheduled for another date. The store only offered their "appologies" and never any compensation for me taking a day off of work for the delivery, or in the least offering to drop the delivery charge. I will NEVER shop at Bob's again...it may be cheaper but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. read full review »
