The porclain on the bottom of a porclain coated cast iron oven is significantly flaking off, revealing the cast iron and causing an unsanitary and difficult to clean piece of cookware. I would expect the manufacturer to contact me for specific details concerning this defect. I would also expect the manufacturer to send to me a replacement voucher for a 7qt "ColorCast" Oval Oven.
