Went to the Meijer pharmacy in Cincinnati yesterday by Ridge Ave to purchase an expensive medication. The insurance company told me a different quote on the price than the pharmacy did, and when I explained this to them they were very unhelpful. The pharmacist told me immediately "Hey, we can put this back, we don't need to serve you", when I explained that their quote was different than the insurance companies. They wouldn't even look into the problem. I immediately transferred all of my prescriptions to CVS, as even though they are more expensive the service is much better, and the staff more helpful. read full review »
