I ordered two products 'on trial' with this company after reading a very favourable review from a British journalist. I had expected to pay around £20 for the whole package but was shocked to find my credit card had been debited by nearly $400 ! I eventually tracked down a contact number for this company but on speaking to an employee, was less than impressed to hear some rhetoric about a cancellation period which I had missed and apparently only lasted ten minutes anyway.
