Placed an order on April 13, 2011 and after 2 weeks, have received no indication of shipping of my item, nor has the status on their site changed from Printed within this time frame. I've emailed the company and while they've apologized for the delay, they are unable to tell me why there has been a delay in shipping of my item, nor when I can expect to receive it. This was my first purchase with this site, and will most definitely be my last as they cannot seem to get it together and provide a quality service to their consumers.
