After spending $2000.00 (and approximately 20 visits later) the promissed treatement results were not achieved and a $625.00 fee for additional visists was requested! Most of the time the inexperienced treatement personell, who seemed to be getting "on the job training" were NOT using the proper laser beam strength to cause any real adverse effect to hair follicles - therefore the hair continues to grow!
