I subscribed to U-verse 6.0 and they delivered 5.0. I upgraded to 12.0 and they deliver 11.0. U-verse will never deliver the advertized speed. I suppose if I subscribe to 1.5, they will deliver 0.5. They subtract 1 meg from all their promised speeds. This desception is not acceptable. I am also having billing problems.
