I have repeatedly called the 800 number you gave me in your email and it immediately goes to a busy signal. I then looked up MerchSource online and found a physical address and a phone number which does not allow me to speak to anyone or press any numbers to even get an operator. The local phone number is: 949-916-5698. Their listed email requires a login name and mscustomercare.com only lists their products; it has no way to contact them about a product.
