Complaint Description: On July 9 2009, I purchased Schon Quic Clic Carbonized Strand Bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators (LLI) for $5000. Installation was $2000. After months of comparative shopping, the sales rep had convinced me that this was the best product for high rise living. It was 10X stronger than the teak wood I had previously decided upon, it installed well over concrete floors and it had a 30 year warranty.
