Have the same complant as others. Purchased extended service agreement for $2, 500.00. Did not use and completed the paperwork in the 30 day required time. Have tried to get this refund since April 2010. I have called sent emails and nothing has happened. They just never respond to any contact from us. How can these people get away with this?
