I bought ugg boots online. They were tax free but had to pay shipping. They looked nice so I bought them. The company never sent a tracking number so I could not track them. I complained about that and a few days later they sent an email saying they would get one to me soon. they never did. A couple days later a package came from China. I had no idea it was the ugg boots cause the website never said they were from China. I opened them up and they were in a generic box. No name on them. My wife opened them up for christmas.
