American Auto Shield is full of crap. I will not renew my warranty with them when it expires in 1 year. I paid $80.00 dollars a month for 2 years. Keep in mind I have a zero deductible. Every claim which has been filed against my car I have had issues. The dealership (mechanic) states it will take them 2 hours to perform a particular job, they the warranty company says their records indicate it should only take 1 hour to complete that particular job.
