The company will ask you to come for an interview and then they will ask you to do a free test shoot for them on location which can take up to 5-8 hrs and sometimes in harsh weather conditions. Once that is done they will say that they will confirm the job in a week. Later they will simply mention that they will let me know on what days to come since it is kind of a freelance work. Its only after a month when few of my friends were asked to come for an interview, we figured that they simply get the event covered through test shoots and without hiring or paying any money. read full review »
