Do not use RiteWay Mortgages. Riteway Mortgages is a subsidiary of Manhattan Financial Group. They are a typical “yes” company. I went way out of my way to question them about every aspect of my loan prior to applying to ensure that it could be done and without added cost. My loan was more complex that others as I have a number of rentals. To each question I got an unequivocal “Yes, we can do it”. “No problem, we can still do it.”.
