The Boston Airport Dollar Rent A Car has the worst customer service. When we first arrived to Dollar Rent A Car, we were waiting in a line of about 3 people. It took us over an hour to get our car, the employees were so slow and did not care about getting their customers the cars quickly. The drop off and pick up are not differentiated and you must wait in the same line. There was a customer who was trying to drop off his car and was greeted by a rude agent.
