Even after requesting Humana to review the recorded conversation, Humana continued to bill at a much higher rate (at the old plan rate which is approx. four times the old plan). After being three months into the year and after getting bills (ofcourse at old higher rate), I wrote them a certified letter stating and requesting to resolve the issue urgently and CALL me to resolve.
