I purchased two thunderbolt phones at 300 dollars a pc. The phone has not worked correctly since I have been back to the store of purchase 5 times yes that's right "5" times. They give me some bullshit reason why its not working, like a background wallpaper etc. Really, if that's a problem why are these phones on the market? I have a business to run and since April 8, 2011 when I got this phone I have missed countless emails and phone calls.
