When we purchased our house in Lago Vista, in June 2010, it came along with an Allied Home Warranty. In December, we called AHW about the hot water heater not working right. They contacted Dos Amigos out of Austin, who called and set up an appointment for the next day. They diagnosed the problem and got permission for replacement from AHW, but could not do it until the area was brought "up to code". The house is 14 years old, so we understand codes have changed.
