Purchased leather living room furniture in 2009. Purchased the Guardsman Protection plan. The color is literally wiping off the arm of the loveseat. Sent a form to Guardsman, they returned a letter stating it was not covered. Talked to several at the store, after one year the material is not covered!!! This is not cheap furniture as we paid $5, 000 for the set. I am totally shocked that La Z Boy will not stand behind the qualoity and craftsmanship of the products they sell.
