I paid my MagicJack subscription renewal for 1 year using my credit card. When my credit card bill arrived, I was charged twice, the first posted on 2/22/2011 and the second one posted on 3/19/2011. I was surprised to see this because I was only renewing for one year, so why should I be charged twice? I was trying to coordinate with my credit card company but they said they have already paid. I just want to have a refund for the other payment made since I am renewing my subscription for only one year. read full review »
