I have a monthly commuter order where WageWorks takes pretax money to buy and transfer to a Caltrain monthly pass onto my ClipperCard. This month I receive an email that they are adding an unannounced $2 fee that requires me to reaccept terms, and that my current order has been changed without my authorization, so my service will not be interrupted??!with my money going to a WageWorks debit card, not my ClipperCard.
