Bought a 37" LG LCD TV from Conn's on Valentines day...after 12 days noticed a defect with the screen that the industry calls MURA(a darken shadow effect that will appear as a horizontal bar). I return the unit to the store in NW Austin to find out that I am past the 10 day exchange policy...I was outside the exchange window by two days. The store manager tried to work with me but was not empowered by his organization to make a decision and provide me a new television.
