I purchased furniture on 3/12/2011 and it was THE worst experience I have ever had! I wish I would have went to Room Store, not only did my furniture go to the wrong house, they NEVER confirmed my delivery time, I had to call myself for that, they called the wrong phone #, were at the wrong house, AND on top of all that when they opened the box they SLICED THE COUCH!!!
