Returned product late unopened. Now they are going to turn me over to a collection agency because I will not pay them $150.00 for being late. I explained that amount was way out of line and I would pay them $50.00 for their expense. They said no and they are turning me over to the collection agency.<br /> I looked them up on BBB and it showed they have a A+ rating. I suggest anyone with a problem should write or call the BBB and complain. read full review »
