Horrible. Received notification from HM Wallace of fulfillment of order and delivery to FEDEX last week. After my order did not arrive, I called and they quite literally had no idea from their records whether they had shipped it or not. They checked with the warehouse manager and "it turns out" that they had not shipped it at all. I now have a kitchen with marble countertops and no sink.
