I have had extended 5 yr warranty on all my appliances through GE. I have experienced "very poor" customer service with their dispatch. They are rude and unprofessional. They are not there to provide you with good service. I have all my appliances with extended warranty but will not re-apply when the contract is up. The extended warranty is great to have but, "Do Not" go through, " Service Protection Plus!" They don't even have the names of their company contractors name up to date.
