sales people tell your total and what you paid for then they charged me 1600 dollers over, the travel agent told me !you will not be charged, , , i had to fight on the phone for 10 hours over 4 days to get it straitened out, , they rob people and take their time figureing it out, no one cared, then they tried to tell me the agent never used the word REFUND, so after 4 more hours of stress suddenly its their falt, , and ill get the money back i never autherisied back, , needless to say i wrote a letter to the bbb about their MISSLEADING sale... read full review »
