I have been trying to cancel my membership both by phone and online with no success. $1.00 has been taken out of my bank account without my permission and when I try to cancel the membership I never signed up for it's impossible to do so. The number that is given by them is nothing but recordings as to what to do but when I do what I am told to do the recording says they cannot help me but to go to the online site which I do without success. As you read their information it says if you don't cancel the trial period (whatever that is) before the trial period expires I will be charged for yet another membership. read full review »
