I guess some dealership do not care about CUSTOMERS Like Jack Caruso Regency Dodge. Took an 08 Dodge Ram to the dealership for simple repair, oil change, TPMS sensors that were missing when the truck was purchased. The only thing that they got right was the oil change. (better go check the oil level) As the mechanic was installing the TPMS sensors he would break down the tire and install the sensor, but I seen him turn the tire but he did not balance the tire.
