I am extremely frustrated with Sunelec services & products, I purchased 3 times from them and every time I had several headaches. They do not pack the products correctly, they give the wrong information regarding the products, their customer service is a joke. I spent over U$50, 000 dollars in all three purchases, it gets worse every time. I export the products to Brazil and when they get there they all come messed up.
