The phone number for Experian leads to an IVR. Press one if your call is about denied credit based upon an Experian report, press two if something else. I pressed two, and got silence. After a while I called and tried again - silence. So, I tried pressing one, and got deeper into an IVR, hitting the request for a representative. Silence. I figured they were trying to get me to give up, and did not have hold music. I waited in silence for 20+ minutes, and gave up.
