We have a loan with 21st, we came into some finical trouble sick kids, cars needing repair extremly high gas prices and ended up being late for a payment. When I called to schedule a payment they treated me as if I was the world's worst person. I was a terrible person and that my loan with them was not worth their time and I should just vacate the home instead of paying the payment. I am not even 30 days behind. I have asked to speak with several different managers and THEY ARE ALL the same way. VERY RUDE and not willing to work with me. I am trying to give them their money and they want to make me feel like CRAP first. read full review »
