I received a call recently about a supposed oustanding referral payment due to constructiondeal.com. When I contacted them they told me that I had signed up for the service and that I had received leads that I paid a fee for. I have never received a single lead from this service but they went as far as to threaten to take me to a collection agency if I did not pay and that I would be charged $5.00 a day for every day outstanding.
