Two different warranty issues with my new home have not been resolved. Jason Guyer, President of Legion Builders, Guyer Custom Homes and Empire Custom Homes, is not trustworthy and does not hold himself accountable for his work. He lacks customer service and integrity when it comes to warranty issues. First, is a window that doesn’t line up right and will not lock. This was an issue before I closed on my house 4/2010.
