Santander has been charging me what I consider to be "unreasonable" late fees. I have been behind on my last two payments so I am probably not there favorite customer. The only form of payment they accept is through their website and they charge $11.00 to process that payment. If I pay by phone they charge $11.00 for me to process that transaction.
