I went in to have my roots done by the owner Elisabeth. I told her I wanted my roots to match my blonde hair and to please not make them white. She put bleach on, went to work on someone else. After some time I got out of my chair, went to her and said my scalp was burning and it hurt and I needed to have the bleach removed.
