Partners Mortgage started as a good company in my experience. At the time they provided the lowest mortgage rates available at the time and offered a zero cost refinance. There whole contract was very odd as there whole deal was a 'BUY DOWN AGREEMENT'. Basically my rate was 5.875% but the loan from the bank was at 7.3%. They basically paid the difference.
