In march 2007 we paid a deposit on an off plan apartment in Goa in India through Churchill Innovative Solutions. The developer was called Braganza Constructions and the development itself was called Braganza World. I talked at length with Churchills before buying to satisfy myself that all was above board. I was told that Ryan Braganza was a very wealthy man who had an extremely good reputation and had built successful properties in Goa already.
