I'm a Airtel Prepaid user for past 4 years, last week when used it got disconnected. I contacted Airtel office at Trivandrum, Kerala in order to rectify the problem but they are saying that number got temporarily disconnected because it was not in use for last two months. I already forwarded a compliant because of the Network connection problem in my area, a few months back.They didn't take any action and now they are saying that the number will be recycled very soon.
