As a REALTOR for over a decade I have NEVER worked with such an incompetent bank as USAA. They don't meet closing dates, yet never return your call or even an email to let you know that. They gave away priveledged information to an unauthorized party that called to inquire about the loan that didn't close. And why they think it's okay to act as the members Attorney and give BAD Legal advice from several states away is beyond me.
